It is originally sung by Cristina Perri for her debut EP album ‘The Ocean Way Sessions.’  The song was directed towards Finn and the two shared looks throughout the song. ‘Prom Queen’ is the 20th episode of Glee season 2 and the 42nd episode overall. In the Glee Season 2 episode “Rumours” (so named in tribute to the album), Santana sings the song to Brittany in order to better express her feelings for her. She does not sing it in front of the rest of the New Directions . It aired May 3rd, 2011. It is a Fleetwood Mac tribute episode similar to the Britney Spears, Madonna and Rocky Horror episodes. Originally the song is performed by Fleetwood Mac from their album ‘Rumours.’ Finn Hudson and Noah Puckerman helped on drum and guitar. The single originally done by Lady Gaga is the lead single off her second album, also titled ‘Born This Way’ released on February 11, 2011. The following music video sparked controversy, as most Gaga things do, with the usual Illuminati comments. Here is “Somewhere Only We Know,” a song originally sung by Keane, and sung by the Dalton Academy Warblers lead by Blaine Anderson in ‘Born This Way.’ the eighteenth episode of Glee Season 2. Blaine sangs this as a goodbye song to Kurt because Kurt transfers back to McKinely. This is the first Warbler song that is not solely acapella.
